Onion

Vegetable oil
4–5 tbsp. spoons
Greenery
a few twigs

Ground turkey
500 g
Salt
½ teaspoon
Ground black pepper

Preparation

Chop onions and greens.
You can add green onions, parsley or other greens to the cutlets.

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the onion until soft and lightly browned. Cool.

Cut slices of loaf without crusts into pieces and soak in milk for 5 minutes. Squeeze lightly.

Add loaf slices, onions, herbs, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Stir and form into patties.
Cutlets can be rolled in flour or breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the cutlets for about 4 minutes on each side.
Frying time may vary slightly depending on the size of the cutlets.
