Ingredients
Spaghetti or other pasta
200–250 g
Avocado
1 piece
Pesto
1 tbsp. spoon
Garlic
1 clove
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1–2 tbsp. spoons
Ground black pepper

Preparation

Boil the spaghetti until al dente. Drain in a colander. Reserve 50–60 ml of cooking liquid.

Mash the avocado with a fork. Add pesto, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour in the cooking liquid and stir again.
