Fresh champignons

Rice vinegar
1 teaspoon
Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper

Vegetable oil

Walnuts

Salad mix

Cut the mushrooms into slices. Mix with two types of vinegar, salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the mushrooms for about 10 minutes until the liquid has evaporated.

Coarsely chop the walnuts. Crumble the feta. Combine these ingredients with mushrooms and salad mix. Pepper it.
