Fresh spinach
100–120 g
Salt
½ teaspoon
Ground white pepper

Vegetable oil

Preparation

Pour boiling water over spinach for 2-3 minutes. Drain in a colander, then lightly squeeze and chop.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater. Lightly beat the eggs with a fork or whisk.

Mix cottage cheese with eggs, spinach, salt and pepper.

Grease the mold with oil. Place the curd mixture into it and spread in an even layer.

Place in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 25–30 minutes.
