Potatoes, celery and carrots will be an excellent side dish for soft meat, and bouillon cubes will enhance the taste.

Beef
600–700 g
Potato
3–4 pieces
Celery root
⅓–½ pieces
Carrot
1–2 pieces
Onion
1 piece
Vegetable oil
2 tbsp. spoons
Beef stock cubes

Preparation

Cut the beef, potatoes, celery and carrots into medium pieces, and the onion into small pieces.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Brown the meat on all sides.

Dissolve the cubes in hot water and pour over the beef. After boiling, cover with a lid and simmer the meat over moderate heat for about an hour.

Add all vegetables. Stir and cook for another 20–25 minutes.
