Slices of bread are baked with minced meat and cheese. The idea is simple, but the dish turns out very appetizing.

Ingredients
Minced pork and beef
400–450 g
Salt
½ teaspoon
Ground black pepper
½ teaspoon
Ground fenugreek
⅓ teaspoon
Ground cumin
½ teaspoon
Dried thyme
½ teaspoon
Bread or loaf
8–10 slices
Preparation

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater or cut into small pieces. Lightly beat the egg with a fork with a pinch of salt.
For sandwiches, you can use cheddar or another cheese of your choice.

Mix the minced meat with the egg and spices. Divide among slices of bread.
Cheese can be added to the meat mixture or simply placed on top.

Bake hot sandwiches for about 15–20 minutes at 220°C.
