Ingredients
Udon noodles
250 g
Vegetable oil
2 tbsp. spoons
Bell peppers
2 pieces
Frozen green beans
200 g
Garlic
2 cloves
Peeled shrimp
450 g
Oyster sauce
2 tbsp. spoons
Soy sauce
2 teaspoons
Rice vinegar
2 teaspoons
Sesame oil
1 tbsp. spoon
Green onions
½ bunch
Sesame

Preparation

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Place on a sieve.

Heat half the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Chop the bell pepper and cook it with the beans for 10 minutes.

Add chopped garlic to the vegetables, stir and transfer to a plate.

In the same frying pan, heat the remaining vegetable oil. Fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.

Add oyster and soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey and sesame oil. Stir in noodles and vegetables. Warm up for 1-2 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished dish with green onions and sesame seeds.
