Ingredients
Hard cheese
50 g
Greek yogurt
250 g
Grainy mustard
2 tbsp. spoons
Garlic
1 clove
Ground black pepper

Turkey fillet
500 g
Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon
Preparation

Grate the cheese. Mix it with yogurt, mustard and chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the resulting marinade over the turkey. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease the bottom of a baking dish with oil.

Place turkey fillet in pan. Cover with remaining marinade. Cook for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with potatoes or other side dish.
