Whole trout

Ground black pepper

Garlic

Bulb onions

Vegetable oil

Preparation

Clean and gut the fish. Rinse and dry with paper towels. Sprinkle salt and pepper inside and out.

Chop the garlic. Cut the onion into half rings and the lemon into thin slices.

Place garlic, onion and lemon inside each fish. Coat the outside with a little oil.

Grease the grill with the remaining oil and transfer the fish to it. Cook on the grill for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally.
