Carrot

Bulb onions

Cut the turkey into pieces. Separate broccoli into florets. Grate the carrots and chop the onion.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the fillet until the color changes. Add onions and carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.

Stir in broccoli. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in hot water and simmer over low heat, covered, for about 30 minutes.
