Ingredients
Chicken breast fillet
600 g
Tomatoes in their own juice
400–500 g
Onion
1 piece
Garlic
6–8 cloves
Vegetable oil
1–2 tbsp. spoons
Dry white wine
100 ml
Chicken broth or water
200 ml
Ground black pepper

Preparation

Cut the chicken into small or medium pieces, tomatoes, onions and bell peppers, if you want to add them, into small ones.

Cut all the garlic into thin slices or pass half through a press.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Lightly brown the fillet on all sides. Add the onion and fry until transparent, and then another minute with the garlic.
Add bell peppers along with onions.

Pour wine into the pan and stir for another 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes along with juice and hot broth. After boiling, cover with a lid and simmer over moderate heat for about 20 minutes. 5 minutes before readiness, add salt and pepper.
