Preparation

Boil the squid for 30 seconds. Cool slightly, peel and cut into rings.
How to cook squid so that the meat is tender

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Finely chop the onion, garlic and parsley. Fry until soft.

Add squid and pour in wine. Warm up for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in peas and tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Once boiling, reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes.
