Ingredients
Soy meat
220 g
Vegetable oil
180 ml
Corn starch
220 g
Soy sauce
80 ml
Brown sugar
30 g
Red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons
Garlic
4 cloves
Fresh ginger
1 piece
Sesame

Green onions
1 bunch
Preparation

Soak the soy meat in boiling water for 30 minutes, then drain and squeeze.

Heat 150 ml oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Roll the meat in 200 g of starch and fry in batches until golden brown.
Once ready, dry on a paper towel.

Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, 20 g starch, water and red pepper. Chop garlic and ginger.

Heat the remaining 30 ml oil in a frying pan. Cook the ginger and garlic for about 1 minute. Pour in the sauce and heat until thickened, another 1-2 minutes.

Stir the meat into the sauce. To serve, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
