Ingredients
Salmon fillet
1 kg
Bulb onions
1 piece
Lemon juice
30 ml
Soy sauce
45 ml
Ground ginger
½ teaspoon
Ground black pepper

Preparation

Cut the salmon fillet into medium-sized pieces. Finely chop the onion.

Mix the prepared ingredients. Add lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger and pepper.

Leave the fish to marinate at room temperature for an hour and a half.

Thread the salmon onto skewers. Cook on the grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
If you cook shish kebab on wooden skewers on the grill, soak the sticks first.
