Chicken breast fillet

Ground black pepper

Fresh ginger

Soy sauce

Freshly squeezed lime juice

Preparation

Sprinkle chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper. Leave for 10 minutes.

Rinse the rice with cold water. Finely chop the garlic and ginger.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Place about half in a bowl.

Add rice to pan and heat for 30 seconds. Fill with water and salt. Place chicken on top.

Once boiling, reduce heat and cook, covered, over low heat for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and leave for another 10 minutes.

Mix the reserved garlic and ginger with soy sauce and lime juice.

Cut the chicken into pieces. Serve with rice, cucumber and sauce. Decorate with greens.
