Ingredients
Fillet of beef
250 g
Soy sauce
100 ml
Peanut butter
60 ml
Corn starch
1 teaspoon
Rice noodles
200 g
Fresh oyster mushrooms or other mushrooms
150 g
Garlic
2 cloves
Fresh ginger
1 piece
Green onions
½ bunch
Bulb onions
½ piece
Oyster sauce
30 ml
Sesame oil
30 ml
Brown sugar
1 teaspoon

Preparation

Cut the beef into thin pieces. Mix with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon peanut butter and cornstarch. Leave for 15–20 minutes.

Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Thinly slice the mushrooms. Chop garlic and ginger. Chop green and onions.

Heat the remaining peanut oil in a frying pan. Fry the beef for 2-3 minutes, stirring. Transfer to a plate.

Place mushrooms in the same pan. Heat them until the liquid evaporates. Stir in onion, ginger and garlic and simmer for 1 minute.

Combine remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, mirin, brown sugar, and salt.

Add beef and sauce to mushrooms. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. Combine with rice noodles. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
