Red cabbage
650–700 g

White wine vinegar

Ginger
1 piece
Vegetable oil
3–4 tbsp. spoons
White wine vinegar

Preparation

Shred the cabbage. Add salt, sugar, vinegar. Knead slightly and leave for 15 minutes.

Grate the carrots using a Korean carrot grater or cut into thin strips. Cut the apple into small pieces. Chop the nuts with a knife. Mix everything with cabbage.

Squeeze a tablespoon of juice from the lime. Grate the ginger on a fine grater, a teaspoon is enough. Combine with oil, vinegar, honey and mustard.

Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
