Flour
2 tbsp. spoons
Yeast puff pastry

Peel the apples and cut into pieces. Combine with sugar in a saucepan. Heat, stirring, until the sand dissolves.

Rinse the raisins. Add it to the fruit and cool.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cover a baking sheet with parchment.

Sprinkle the table with flour. Roll out the dough and cut into squares. Place a portion of the filling on half of each and bring the edges together.

Transfer the preparations to a baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
