Bulb onions

Garlic

Preparation

Coarsely chop the meat. Chop the onion. Chop the garlic.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the pork until it changes color and transfer to a plate.

In the same pan, cook the onion, stirring, until golden brown. Add meat, garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce and water.

Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour.
