Ingredients
Instant yeast
8 g
Sugar
1 tbsp. spoon
Vegetable oil
2 tbsp. spoons
Flour
600 g + for sprinkling
Fresh sorrel
400 g
Can add
Sesame
taste
Preparation

Combine water, yeast, sugar and oil. Add salt and gradually add flour. Knead soft dough.
You may need more or less flour.

Cover the bowl with the dough and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Chop the sorrel, first removing the tough stems. Mix with feta.

Preheat oven to 180°C. Cover a baking sheet with parchment.

Sprinkle the table with flour. Divide the dough into equal balls.

Roll each piece into a flat cake. Place a portion of the filling in the center. Pinch carefully.

Transfer the preparations to a baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
