Ingredients
Instant yeast
1½ teaspoons
Sugar
½ teaspoon
Salt
½ teaspoon + for filling
Flour
300 g + for sprinkling
Bulb onions
1 piece
Garlic
2 cloves
Ground black pepper

Preparation

Combine water, kefir, yeast, sugar and egg. Add salt and gradually add flour, kneading into a soft dough.
You may need more or less flour.

Cover the bowl with the dough and let it sit at room temperature for about 1½ hours until it has doubled in size.

Finely chop the onion. Pass the garlic through a press. Mix these ingredients with the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Sprinkle the table with flour. Flatten the dough into a circle. Place the filling in the center. Pinch the edges well and roll the dough into a flat cake.
Form sides if desired.

Transfer to a baking sheet. Make a hole in the center. Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Brush the hot pie with butter.
