Flour
150 g + for sprinkling
Salt
½ teaspoon + for filling
Butter
100 g
Sour cream of any fat content
175 g
Chicken breast fillet
300 g
Potato
2 pieces
Vegetable oil
2 tbsp. spoons
Ground black pepper

Hard cheese
100 g
Can add
Bacon
2–3 slices
Green onions

Preparation

Grind flour, salt and cold butter, cut into cubes, into crumbs. Add 75 g of sour cream and quickly knead the dough.
Add a little water if necessary.

Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Cut the chicken and potatoes into pieces.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the breast until the color changes.

Add the potatoes and continue to simmer over low heat, covered, until done. Season with salt and pepper. Cool slightly.

Beat the remaining sour cream and egg with a fork. Stir in grated cheese.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare a round baking dish.

Sprinkle the table with flour. Roll out the dough into a layer and place it in the mold. Press it to the bottom and walls. Prick with a fork.

Bake the pie crust for 15 minutes. Spread the filling over it and the filling on top. Cook for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
Top with fried bacon and green onions if desired.
