Ingredients
Butter
200 g
Powdered sugar

Peel the almonds and toast in a dry frying pan. Grind into very fine crumbs.

Beat soft butter and 50 g of powdered sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Stir in flour and nuts.

Tear off a piece of dough and knead into a flat cake. Place some jam on it, pinch the edges and form a ball.

Transfer the preparations to a baking sheet lined with parchment. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes until the bottoms begin to brown.

Cool slightly and roll in the remaining powdered sugar.
