Soft cottage cheese Easter with pleasant sweetness and citrus sourness.

Ingredients
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
125 ml
Lemon zest
1 tbsp. spoon
Butter
100 g
Cottage cheese with fat content from 5%
500 g
Dried fruits
150 g
Can add
Turmeric
½ teaspoon
Preparation

Combine lemon juice, sugar, zest and eggs in a saucepan.
To make Easter more colorful, add turmeric.

Heat the cream over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and add butter in portions.

Immediately pour the resulting cream into the cottage cheese. Blend with a blender until smooth. Stir in dried fruits.

Line the Easter pan with gauze and place the narrow part down in a deep plate or bowl.

Fill the mold with curd mass. Cover it with the edges of gauze. Place a plate on top and a jar of water or other weight on it.

Place in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Drain off the whey. Turn the Easter over onto a plate. Remove the uniform and gauze.
