Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Preparation

Cut the fillet into portions. Place in a bowl.

Add olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper to the chicken. Stir and leave covered for half an hour.

Divide the fillets among skewers or skewers. Fry on the grill until golden brown on all sides.
