Preparation

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease donut pans with butter.
You can also use regular ones for cupcakes. Roll pieces of foil into cylinders and place them in the center of each ramekin.

Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Melt half the butter. Mix it with yogurt, milk, egg and sugar. Add dry ingredients.

Distribute the dough among the molds. It is more convenient to do this using a pastry bag.

Bake the donuts for about 10 minutes. Cool slightly and then remove from the molds.
Check readiness with a toothpick: it should remain clean.

Heat the chocolate pieces, cream and remaining butter in the microwave or steam bath until smooth.

Glaze the donuts and sprinkle with sprinkles.
