Garlic

Canned or boiled chickpeas

Olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
Ground black pepper

Preparation

Chop the onion and herbs. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze the juice out of it. Chop the garlic.

Mix the prepared ingredients. Add chickpeas and oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Toast the bread in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown. Spread the chickpeas over it.
