Ingredients
Instant oat flakes
60 g
Vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoon
Ground black pepper
taste
Tomato
1 piece
Fresh basil
¼ bunch
Preparation

Grind oatmeal using a blender or coffee grinder. Mix with egg and milk. Leave for 5 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour the oat mixture into it.

Cook until the pancake is set on top. Carefully turn over and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

Salt and pepper the cottage cheese. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Tear the basil leaves.

Spread the filling over one half of the oatmeal pancake. Fold it in half.
