Mackerel

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180°C. Prepare a baking sheet and foil.

Gut and wash the fish. Dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the oranges into slices. Place them and the rosemary sprigs inside the fish.
Add pomegranate seeds if desired.

Wrap the mackerel in foil and transfer to a baking sheet. Bake for about 45 minutes.
