Any juice

525 ml

Vegetable oil

125 ml + for lubrication

Soda

1½ teaspoons

Vinegar 9%

1 tbsp. spoon

Dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease two baking pans and line the bottom with parchment.

    If you only have one pan, bake the cakes in it one at a time.

  2. 2․

    Whisk 450 ml of juice, 200 g of sugar, salt and butter. Quench the soda with vinegar and add to the juice. Gradually stir in flour.

  3. 3․

    Divide the dough between the molds. Bake for about 40 minutes. Cool completely.

    Check readiness with a toothpick: it should remain clean.

  4. 4.

    Peel the bananas. Chop them coarsely and puree with a blender until smooth with the remaining juice and sugar.

  5. 5.

    Pour this mixture into a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, 3 minutes. Add chocolate. Cover with film in contact and cool.

  6. 6․

    Trim the cakes. Coat them with cream and cover the outside of the cake with the rest. Decorate with nuts. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
