Preparation

    Cut the meat into medium pieces, the fat tail into small pieces, and the tomatoes into slices.

    Mix the prepared ingredients. Salt and pepper. Pour in kefir.

    Let the lamb marinate at room temperature for 2-3 hours.

    Thread pieces of meat onto skewers. Cook on the grill for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally.
