Ingredients
Vegetable oil
100 ml
Soda
1Ā½ teaspoons
Salt
1 pinch + for filling
Flour
700 g + for sprinkling
Greenery

Cottage cheese of any fat content
400 g

Combine kefir, 2 tablespoons of oil, soda and salt. Gradually add flour and knead into a soft dough.
You may need more or less flour.

Wrap the dough in cling film and leave for 15 minutes.

Chop the greens. Mix with cottage cheese and egg. Add some salt.

Sprinkle the table with flour. Divide the dough into equal balls. Roll them out. Place a portion of filling in the center of each flatbread. Pinch the edges.

Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the pies for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
