This simple recipe can be used to cook trout, sea bass or other fish. An excellent result is guaranteed in any case.

Ground black pepper

a few twigs
Lemon

Sour cream or mayonnaise

Preparation

Clean the fish from scales, gut it and remove the gills. Rinse under running water and dry with paper towels. Salt and pepper outside and inside.

Finely chop the greens. Place the fish inside along with the lemon slices, cut into halves.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mix with sour cream or mayonnaise.

Cut the onion into thin rings and place in a greased pan. Place the fish on top and cover with cheese, leaving the heads and tails intact.

Place in an oven preheated to 180°C for about half an hour.
The time may vary slightly depending on the size of the fish and the features of your oven.
