Olive oil

Red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. spoon
Ground black pepper

Preparation

Combine half the oil, wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Brush the chicken with this mixture. Leave for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Peel and coarsely chop the potatoes. Toss with remaining oil, salt and pepper. Wash the asparagus thoroughly.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cover a baking sheet with parchment.

Place potatoes and chicken breast on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes. Add asparagus and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
