Ingredients

Vinegar 9%

2 tbsp. spoons

Olive oil

1 tbsp. spoon

Avocado

2 pieces

Spicy sauce

¼ teaspoon

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Boil water with vinegar in a saucepan. Break the eggs into separate bowls. Carefully pour them into the pan and cook over low heat for 2-4 minutes.

    Using a slotted spoon, transfer the eggs to paper towels and drain.

  3. 3․

    Grease the bread slices with butter on both sides and fry in a frying pan.

  4. 4.

    Mash the avocado pulp with a fork. Mix with lime juice, hot sauce and salt.

  5. 5.

    Spread the avocado among the bread slices. Place eggs on top and salt them.

    Add basil if desired.
