Conclusion
Originally, PayPal offered $10 of free crypto when you spent $10 on crypto. They just increased it to $25.

I wouldn’t use PayPal to buy crypto because a 5% transaction fee is high, but I’ll make an exception for an offer that gives you more in crypto than the fee itself. This offer requires $100, so a 5% rate on that basis comes out to $5.
