Green onions

1 bunch

Fresh cucumbers

3 pieces

Jalapeno pepper

1 piece

Rice vinegar

1 tbsp. spoon

Sesame oil

2 teaspoons

Preparation

    Cut the green onions diagonally and the cucumbers into half circles. Chop the jalapeno pepper. Chop the cilantro.

    You can remove the seeds of cucumbers and peppers.

    Mix the prepared ingredients. Season with vinegar and oil. Add some salt.

    Add cashews if desired.
