1. Micro shorts

Shorts, which are much closer in length to briefs than Bermuda shorts, don’t seem to have been a fast trend and have decided to stick around. So, if you were shy, but really wanted to try on something like this, now is the time.

Tiny shorts used in their shows Isabel Marant, Max Mara, Dolce & Gabbana and many other fashion houses. And judging by the shows, only size really matters. Because shorts are available in all styles and materials: tight and wide, at the waist and at the hips, knitted, lace, silk, suit.

But they suggest combining microshorts with a closed top – often voluminous, with long sleeves. Which in general is not revolutionary, but rather logical: images in which we strongly reveal one thing – either the top or the bottom – look more harmonious and are less demanding on stylization. However, mistresses can twirl fashionable clothes any way they want, but they don’t need permission to do so.

2. Bermuda

Those who don’t like to show their legs too much were also not left without shorts. But then, no half measures: to be in trend, you should choose knee-length models. But you can wear them almost anywhere – from the beach to an office with a relaxed dress code.

What to buy

3. White dresses

The catwalks at the spring collections periodically resembled a bridal party. There were many white dresses, all of them beautiful and in different styles. Perhaps, models made of transparent, perforated, lace or embroidered fabric, with flounces and ruffles, light and flying, were especially common. But there are also shirt dresses, dresses with balloon skirts, and other styles.

Different and interesting dresses could be seen at Christopher Esber, Prada and not only. And Balenciaga at all showed a very nostalgic outfit, exactly repeating the bride’s dress that you made from tulle at your grandmother’s dacha when you were six.

In general, you don’t have to limit yourself and keep one guideline in mind: a white dress.

What to buy

4. Things with roses

Another ongoing trend that has grown into a real floral madness. A print with roses, voluminous huge flowers, small false roses, a dress that looks like a bud – everything is suitable. If you don’t really like roses, other flowers will work too. But still, we should not forget who the queen is in this garden.

If you accept some theatricality in your outfits, this will only benefit you. The designers weren’t shy, and neither should you.

What to buy

5. Transparent clothing

This trend has not gone away either and is with us again this season.

The main lot is transparent skirts. Moreover, very revealing options: not multi-layered models through which the silhouette can barely be discerned, but one very transparent layer. To make such skirts, mesh, lace, and film are used.

And if earlier transparent things, even on the catwalks, were worn on an underdress or skirt, now the bottom is mostly underwear or microshorts, that is, now the trend is completely for the brave. And if you still want to dress more modestly, an elongated top is at your service.

But transparent dresses and blouses are here to stay, too. And there are especially many outfits in the “fishing net” or “floor exercises with a hook” format. They can be worn on other dresses or on something very open, there is more space here.

What to buy

6. Geometric print

To be more precise, stripes and peas, and in all sorts of variations. Thus, polka dots on the catwalks sometimes turned into polka dots, and the stripes were not necessarily strictly parallel and symmetrical.

Of course, combining different prints is a great idea, but it seems not this season. On the catwalks, most models wore total looks.

What to buy

7. Glitter and metallic

This trend has been with us for so long that it seems like it should already be on the decline. Instead, in 2024, it made its way into men’s wardrobes. So now everyone in a relationship can go down the double glow path.

The arena has the same elements: metallic fabrics, sequins, rhinestones – you can do everything without bread. And most importantly, you don’t have to wait for a holiday to wear all this. Now it’s everyday wear.

What to buy

8. 20s style and fringe

It’s logical to combine these two trends because they have something in common.

Fringe hasn’t disappeared from trends either. Moreover, it spreads throughout the products. If at first fringe was present in the form of a modest trimming of the edge, now the catwalks are dominated by outfits reminiscent of dresses from a ballroom dancing competition or from a party in the style of the 20s of the 20th century.

But the 20s are good even without fringe: rectangular silhouettes, beaded trim, deep necklines (mainly on a relatively flat chest) – all this is more often used for weekend dresses, but can also be adapted to everyday life.

What to buy

9. Knee-length pencil skirts

Officecore is taking its toll, and the trend is for skirts of the most non-universal length – just above the knee or knee-length. They have already appeared even in the mass market.

However, designers offer not only office options. On the catwalks there were skirts made of leather, denim, safari style and other options.

What to buy

10. Linen style

In general, it would be more correct to say that lingerie is trending. It peeks out from under the clothes, it becomes an independent element in the outfit. But let’s be realistic: off the catwalks, this trend has much less chance than microshorts. Because wearing shorts in the form of panties for show is still easier than wearing panties themselves.

So you can return to the lingerie style in its more modest manifestation: slip dresses, satin tops with straps, lace crop tops, capes reminiscent of negligees.

What to buy

11. Polo shirts

Compared to previous trends, this one looks like a boring base and, in principle, it is. Polos are a cross between a T-shirt and a shirt, and therefore work well with a variety of outfit styles. Such items can be combined with both a classic suit and sweatpants; they come in different colors, different volumes and with sleeves of different lengths. Overall, this is a safe trend that suits everyone.

What to buy

12. Open shoulders

There is nothing to add here, everything is clear. A great trend for spring and especially summer. Just don’t forget to apply sunscreen on your shoulders; you can get sunburned in the city too.
