Thick turkey drumstick soup with two types of tomatoes and aromatic spices will warm you up in any weather.

Turkey drumsticks

4 pieces

Garlic

2 heads

Fresh cilantro

½ bunch

Large tomatoes

6 items

Cherry tomatoes

150 g

bell pepper

2 pieces

Bulb onions

2 pieces

Ground paprika

½ teaspoon

Ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon

Ground cloves

¼ teaspoon

Ground chili pepper

1 teaspoon

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Place turkey drumsticks, garlic, cilantro and salt in pan. Fill with water. After boiling, cook over low heat for about 45 minutes. Strain the broth.

    Brown whole tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers and peeled onions in a dry frying pan.

  3. 3․

    Combine tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, paprika, cinnamon, cloves, chili pepper and 1 cup broth. Grind with a blender until smooth.

  4. 4.

    Pour the resulting puree into a saucepan. Add turkey drumsticks and more broth if necessary. Boil over low heat for 15 minutes. Add some salt.
