Ingredients

Buckwheat noodles

250 g

Garlic

4 cloves

Fresh ginger

1 small piece

bell pepper

1 piece

Soy sauce

60 ml

Rice vinegar

1 tbsp. spoon

Chili paste

1 tbsp. spoon

Sesame oil

1 tbsp. spoon

Sesame

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Cook the buckwheat noodles in about 5 minutes. Rinse with cold water.

    Chop garlic and ginger. Chop the bell pepper. Divide the broccoli into florets.

  3. 3․

    Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar and chili paste.

  4. 4.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat. Cook garlic, ginger, pepper and broccoli for 5-7 minutes until soft.

    Stir noodles and sauce into vegetables. To serve, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
