Ingredients

Cocoa powder

50 g

Soda

½ teaspoon

Salt

½ teaspoon

Dark chocolate

150 g

Ripe banana

1 piece

Butter

100 g

White sugar

100 g

Brown sugar

50 g

Chicken yolk

1 piece

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cover a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. 2․

    Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Chop the chocolate. Peel and puree the banana.

  3. 3․

    Melt and cool the butter slightly. Whisk it with two types of sugar. Add banana and yolk. Stir in dry ingredients and chocolate.

    Roll the dough into equal balls and place them on a baking sheet at a distance of 5 cm from each other. Flatten slightly.

    Bake cookies for about 10 minutes. It should set but remain soft in the center.
