Videos show the exhumation of numerous bodies near the establishment. If gray areas remain on the conditions in which these people were killed and buried, at least part of these mass graves had been dug before the arrival of Israeli forces on the hospital site.
Since Saturday April 20, the international community has been outraged and questioning the discovery of mass graves in the Nasser hospital. Palestinian Civil Defense, as well as various images and videos, document the discovery of dozens of bodies buried within the compound of the Khan Younes medical complex, south of Gaza. The European Union and the United Nations, followed on Thursday April 25 by France, called for an independent investigation. In fact, if the images attest to the exhumation of numerous bodies, gray areas remain regarding the conditions in which the dead were killed and buried.
These mass graves were dug out of the ground by the Palestinian civil defense from Saturday April 20, with the initial discovery of a fifty bodies. A search which continued over the following days reaching 340 bodies according to the Palestinian Civil Defense, cited by various media including AFP.
More than 200 bodies have already been discovered in the mass grave near Nasser Hospital in Khan Younes.

Most of the filmed footage shows the excavations taking place south of the medical complex, near palm trees which adjoin the surrounding wall of the site. We see dozens of bodies there
