Ingredients

Salmon fillets

600 g

Fish sauce

60 ml

Ground black pepper

taste

Brown sugar

40 g

Vegetable oil

2 tbsp. spoons

Fresh ginger

1 piece

Garlic

4 cloves

Green onions

½ bunch

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Cut the salmon into pieces. Mix with fish sauce and pepper. Leave at room temperature for 15 minutes.

    Combine sugar and butter in a frying pan. Heat until the sand dissolves.

  3. 3․

    Place the fish pieces in the caramel and fry for about 30 seconds on each side.

  4. 4.

    Add chopped garlic and ginger to the salmon. Heat for another 30 seconds.

  5. 5.

    Reduce heat to low and pour remaining marinade over fish. Cook for 5 minutes on both sides.

  6. 6․

    Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chopped green onions.
