With a high-stakes meeting between Joe Biden and Vladimir Putin scheduled for next week in Geneva, the Russian leader poured fuel to the fire with statements that will irritate the country’s 46th president and his advisers.
In an interview with NBC’s Keir Simmons on Friday night, Putin complimented former President Donald J. Trump as an “amazing man,” while appearing to criticize Biden for spending his entire professional life as a creature of the stinky D.C. swamp.
“You may like him or not,” Putin stated of Trump. But he didn’t come from the establishment in the United States. He had never been involved in big-time politics before, and some people enjoy it.
He called Biden a “career man,” saying, “He has spent nearly his whole adult life in politics.” Consider the length of time he spent in the Senate.” Referring to his nearly four decades as a senator representing Delaware before becoming Barack Obama’s vice president and second banana.

That line of attack, however, may backfire on Biden, given that Trump supporters who were present at the so-called “insurgency” at the Capitol are being held in deplorable conditions without bail in a special D.C. prison; there have been reports of beatings and torture, which would normally be seen in communist China and not in the “shining city on a hill” that is the swamp or as Democrats claim.
According to an AFP report from earlier this month, Putin is planning to turn the tables on Biden by bringing up election integrity protesters who have been languishing in jail under Biden’s dictatorship.
“Of course, we will be ready to discuss everything, including problems that exist in the United States,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told reporters on Monday, adding that “a lot of interesting things are happening there,” and that the topic of “protection of opposition rights” in America could come up, and that Russia was monitoring the “persecution” of the inmates.

Any genuine moral advantage that America formerly enjoyed has vanished, replaced mainly by Biden’s hypocrisy, thanks to the Democrats’ contempt for the Constitution, their hatred of democracy, and the weaponization of the state’s vast surveillance machinery against political adversaries.
“Good luck to Biden in dealing with President Putin – don’t fall asleep during the meeting, and please give him my warmest regards!” Trump said on Thursday, further inflaming Biden.
Putin bemoaned that ties between the two nuclear giants are at an all-time low during the NBC interview, and it’s safe to assume that the bullying blowhard Biden would further exacerbate the situation.
