Preparation

Cut the potatoes into slices. Boil in lightly salted water for 4–5 minutes. Rinse with cold water and let all the liquid drain away.
The thinner the slice, the less time it takes to cook.
-
2․
Cut the onion into small pieces. Pass the garlic through a press.

3․
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the onion until soft.
-
4.
Add the minced meat and, stirring, cook everything together for 5 minutes.
-
5.
Add garlic to the pan and fry for another minute. Add tomato paste and continue stirring for a minute and a half.
-
6․
Salt, pepper and sprinkle with paprika. Stir and remove from heat.
-
7․
Grease the mold with oil. Place ⅓ of the potatoes in it. Spread half of the minced meat on top. Repeat the layers one more time and cover with the remaining potatoes.
-
8.
Beat eggs with milk and salt. Pour over meat and potatoes.
-
9.
Place in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 45 minutes.
