Sour cream of any fat content

75 g

Salt

1 pinch + for filling

Baking powder

1 teaspoon

Green onions

½ bunch

Canned fish

1 jar

Ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Boil 2 hard-boiled eggs for 10 minutes. Cool and peel.

    Whisk 2 raw eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream and salt. Stir in baking powder and flour. Gradually pour in the milk.

    The consistency of the dough should resemble thick sour cream.

    Chop the boiled eggs and chop the green onions. Mix with canned fish. Season with salt and pepper.

    Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it up. Place half of the dough on it. Spread the filling over it and cover it with the remaining dough.

    Cook the pie, covered, over low heat for about 15 minutes. Turn over, cover again and heat for about 10 minutes more.
