A simple dish is made more interesting by olives and boiled eggs.

Ingredients

Cod fillet

800 g

Olive oil

4 tbsp. spoons + for greasing

Bulb onions

2 pieces

Ground red pepper

1 pinch

Pitted olives

100 g

Fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a deep baking dish with oil.

    Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water for about 20 minutes. Cut into slices.

    Boil water in another saucepan. Boil the fish for 5 minutes. Cool slightly and divide into pieces. Add some salt.

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Sprinkle with red pepper.

    Place potatoes, fish and onions in the pan. Bake for 30 minutes.

  6. 6․

    Boil the eggs hard for 10 minutes. Cool, peel and coarsely chop. Before serving, place them, olives and parsley on a plate.
