Ingredients

Olive oil

2 tbsp. spoons

Bulb onions

2 pieces

Boiled or canned chickpeas

250 g

Tomato

1 piece

Ground cumin

1 teaspoon

Ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Rinse the rice. Place in a saucepan and fill with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 25 minutes until all the liquid has been absorbed.

  2. 2․

    Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Chop the onion and fry for a few minutes until translucent.

  3. 3․

    Stir in rice, chickpeas, chopped tomato, spinach and cumin. Heat for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
